More platforms added regularly. Twitter/X sources support both profile and hashtag feeds, and X refreshes every 12 hours on every paid plan because X bills per post returned. Free accounts can connect X during their 7-day trial with a daily refresh — after the trial it becomes a paid feature. Instagram hashtag and mention sources are on every plan, including free; they need an Instagram Business account with a linked Facebook Page, which is Instagram's requirement rather than ours.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No! You can start your 7-day free trial without entering any payment information. You only need to add a payment method if you decide to continue after the trial.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything you paid for until then.
What happens when I exceed my page views?
Hosted embeds stop serving until the counter resets at the start of your next monthly period, and we'll notify you before you get there so it isn't a surprise. Upgrading restores them immediately — Business and above have no view limit at all. Feeds served by our WordPress and Shopify apps are never metered, because those render from your own site and never call us on a page view.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?
Yes! We offer special pricing for nonprofits, educational institutions, and open-source projects. Contact us for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. CollectSocials is operated by BEATLINK TECHNOLOGIES, so you will see both names at checkout. Enterprise plans can be invoiced.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your feeds will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What is your refund policy?
All paid plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. View full refund policy
